Rates apply to arrivals from 1 July 2026. Bookings that arrived before then are priced at the old €0.50 rate automatically — you do not have to think about the changeover.

The contribution is never shaved by fees. VAT applies to the service fee only, and every line above appears on the guest's invoice.

Rate, cap and exemptions live on the property, not in a spreadsheet. Every booking that syncs is priced by the same rules — infants, under-twelves and long-stay discounts included.

Passport or ID uploaded, terms accepted and timestamped, filed against the booking. Ready for the day an inspector asks to see it.

Sealed check-in

Keycode, directions and access notes stay sealed until the payment clears — then they go out on their own, without you in the loop.

Unpaid or unverified bookings are chased on the schedule you set, across the channels you choose. Your inbox stays out of it.

What your guest sees.

One link in the thread they are already reading. They open it in the taxi, pay, and the keycode arrives. Nothing lands in your inbox.

  • No account, no app, no download.
  • Opens on the phone they booked with.
  • ID and accepted terms stored against the booking.

Guests who have not paid or verified are reminded on your schedule. Everything they submit stays attached to the booking, so the paperwork is already done when someone asks for it.
